Yes, yes... the candy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">300g chopped and pitted peaches<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">150g sugar<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The juice of 3 lemons<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">150g clouds<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">500ml liquid cream<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The first thing is to crush the peach with a blender until it turns into a fine puree.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heat the lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan until it dissolves, then add the peach puree and the chopped clouds, stirring the mixture until the clouds are completely melted, and letting it cool completely.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With the help of a whisk, whip the cream until it is firm and forms soft peaks (be careful not to overdo it, as it can turn into butter).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We add the peach puree (which is completely cold) to the whipped cream and mix with a spatula with enveloping movements, to ensure that the cream falls as little as possible, until it is completely integrated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We distribute the mousse into small glasses and refrigerate for 3 \u2013 4 hours.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When serving, decorate with a little whipped cream and a few pieces of peach.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A simple dessert to be luxurious.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mousse is one of the most desired desserts in summer.
