The farmer is notified on his cell phone by an automatic temperature measurement system, once the water covers the tree with a very thin layer, curiously the \u201cenemy\u201d to be defeated, the cold, does its job: the ice that forms on the flower acts as a shell and prevents the temperature from dropping below 0\u00ba.
