Add the sugar and continue beating until it becomes consistent. Reserve.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the peaches in half and pit them. Put a spoonful of ice cream in each hole and cover them with the meringue with a pastry bag. Bake on the grill for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with mint and serve.<br \/>\nYou will see the delicious effect of the flavor of the ice cream with the baking point...
