Very easy recipe with Cieza peaches; like any flan, but with the best peach in the world.
1 can of condensed milk 450g.
3 measures of the jar of whole milk (or liquid cream).
7 eggs.
1 jar of Cieza peaches in syrup.

Elaboration
As simple as beating all the ingredients, condensed milk, whole milk (or liquid cream), and eggs.
Cover the bottom of the flan pan with caramel, put the beaten ingredients and the diced peaches (you can also crush a few along with the rest of the ingredients).
Let it cook in a bain-marie in the oven for about 40 minutes. or in the pressure cooker 25 min.
Let it cool very well and unmold, better if you leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Serve with the rest of the peaches cut into pieces and whipped cream.
