Baked Cieza peaches with ice cream and meringue

We propose other desserts where the main ingredient is peach, but Cieza peach... of course!!
Easy, really easy, but delicious.
Ingredients
For 4 people:

1. 4 Cieza peaches
2. 4 tablespoons of sugar
3. 4 egg whites
4. 4 tablespoons of ice cream
5. mint to decorate

Elaboration
To make the meringue, beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the sugar and continue beating until it becomes consistent. Reserve.

Cut the peaches in half and pit them. Put a spoonful of ice cream in each hole and cover them with the meringue with a pastry bag. Bake on the grill for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with mint and serve.
You will see the delicious effect of the flavor of the ice cream with the baking point... Surprising!!
